MEP, BIM Coordinator – Building projects: MNC, 5 day PERM@  Town

• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Salary: $4.5 – $5k Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

• Must have a Min of 3 – 5 years of Singapore construction industry experience.

Requirements:
1. Only open to Singaporeans and Spore Permanent Residents, “STRICTLY NO Quota”

2. Must have a minimum of 3 years of Singapore experience in the construction industry
3. Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
4.  At least 2 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit
5.  Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
6.  Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
7.  Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
8.  Basic understanding of CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination
9.  Experienced in Singapore Hospital/Medical facility projects added advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of spoken and written in
• Able to communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards and workflow by company standards.
• Support the Project Team in managing RFI including making presentations with BIM-model and other related activities.
• Ensure the accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
• To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.
• Create presentation slides and documents related to BIM
• Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
• To manage CSD/CBW/Room Book coordination among relevant parties
