Project Manager Civil Construction / PERM, MNC “ Not China Company”

• Client: MNC in Mega building projects, LTA/MRT, Marine 0r Oil & GAS Projects
• Working Hrs: 5 days work week, 8 am – 6 pm, Or alt Saturdays.
• Salary: $ 9 – 12k, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++

Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field
2. At least 10 years of Singapore Civil engineering Projects experience.
3. Strictly Open to Singaporeans & Spore Permanent Residents Only.
4. Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of quality requirements of BCA, industry norms, and contract specifications
6. Quality Management Systems – ISO 9000
7. Candidates with experience in LTA projects of similar scale will have an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, JV partners, and/or subcontractors which is not able to be handled by subordinates.
• Direct project team members to achieve targets of safety, quality, profit, and timely completion of the project.
• To monitor the progress of the project according to the targets set.
• Identify key staff to lead the project and delegate responsibilities. Provide guidance and direction to staff for them to work towards the targets set.
• Personnel management and development
