• Client: MNC in Mega building projects, LTA/MRT, “A1 Main Contractor in Water & O&G industry”
• Location: Town, North, “West Area/ 5 days, with Transport, pick up from Jurong East MRT”
• Working hrs:  Mon – Fridays/ 5 days work week.
• Salary: $4.5 – $6.K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++.

1. Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management,
2. Must have a minimum of 4 – 10 years of Singapore Civil Project working experience

4. 4 years of relevant Singapore experience preferably in civil structural projects
5. With Good Spoken / Written English, Communication & interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office Project Management added advantage.
7. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Project Team:

• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement of final accounts
• Maintenance of project documentation
• Source for quotation for materials and services
• Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements, and payments
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimations, and measurement of quantities
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim

** Or Tender Team on tendering new projects.
