Quantity Surveyors X 4: 5 days/ Perm position

Client: MNC in Mega building, Land reclamation, O&G, LTA/MRT Projects
Location: Central, East & West Area.
Salary: 4.5 – $7.K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, Start off with 17 days annual leave ++.

Requirements:
1. Open to Singaporeans & Spore Permanent Residents, Strictly NO Quota for any form of Sponsorship.
2. Good interpersonal, written/ verbal in English communication skills
3. You Must have a Minimum of 5 years working experience in Singapore Construction industry
4. A Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
5. Senior Role: At least 8-10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
6. 5 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
7. Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
8. Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
