Precast Production Engineer: MNC/ PERM

• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Salary: $5 – $6.5k Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave with Medical & Dental Care
• Location: North/ West Area

Must have a Min of 3 – 5 years of Singapore construction industry experience.

 

Requirements:

1. *Open to Singaporean & Spore Permanent Residents, “Strictly No Quota“
2. Diploma/ Degree in Architectural / Building/ Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent
3. Min 5 years work experience in Precast Production Control
4. With at least 3 years of Singapore Construction related work experience.
5. Experience of PBU and/or PPVC Production control in min One Singapore project
6. Familiar with ICTs, Digital Progress control/monitor
7. Good understanding of English communication skills and a team player.
8. Attentive to details.

 

Responsibilities:

• *Open to Singaporean & Spore Permanent Residents, Strictly No Quota
• Lead and manage Precast Concrete Production in Factory
• Understand design drawings/production drawings and conduct own quality check
• Coordinate among all the relevant parties, ex. Construction dept, PCa supplier,
• M&E/Architectural specialist, RTO, RA, PE for production and inspection in Factory
• Ensure production procedure, sequence, method as per the established MS/SWP/RA/PQP/ITP
• Coordinate all interfacing details with architectural, structural and M&E components.
• Monitor progress of production and submit progress report regularly to the PCA Production Manager and Construction dept
• Keep all the production records and upload to PMIS
• Good understanding of English communication skills and a team player.
• Direct and manage Supplier and Contractors to rectify if any defect/non-conformity prior to delivery to site
