- Client: Construction Industry
- Location : Central, Hougang
- Working Hours: 5.5 Work Week 8am-6pm, 8am-12pm
- Salary:$1900
Requirements:
• Professional Certificate / Diploma in any field or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word
• Open and able to work at construction project site office
• Fresh grads welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Validation of invoices prior to payments.
• Attached to and assisting Document Controllers for daily administrative tasks and duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
