Salary: $3.5K – $5.5K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

*Remuneration: Year end bonus + Health + Dental Benefit etc.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Structural / M&E Engineering / Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction industry
• Experience in using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software

*5.5 days work week

Job Description

• Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work.
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team.
• Make necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by project and construction team.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
• To comply with BIM Manager Execution Plan and BIM Project workflow criteria
• Other duties as required
