Locations: Islandwide
Working Hrs: 5.5 days work week.
Salary: $3.0K – $5.5K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

*Remuneration: 17days annual leave with Year end bonus + VB based on performance.

Company pickup points : Jurong East, Bugis, Tanah Merah, Pasir Ris, Yishun

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (Civil/Structural)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Well versed in Revit and Autocad
• Experience in OpenBuildings Designer, OpenRoads Designer would be an added advantage
• Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractor, Relevant Agency
• Perform Civil/Structural Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update Civil/Structural Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
• Produce BIM deliverables for Construction, documentation and Develop BIM with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
• Update tunnel models based on SWCs coordination
• Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner
