Land Surveyor – Senior Role, Team Lead

Client: MNC in Mega building, Land reclamation & LTA/MRT Projects
Location: Central, East Area
Salary: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

Requirements:

1. Only Open to Singaporeans / SPR, as We do not have any quota for sponsorship.
2. Must have Degree / Diploma in relevant Engineering / Land surveying.
3. With a Minimum 10 years’ Singapore experience in similar role for main contractor firms
4. Those with Buildings and have done large scale projects of $100 million up.
5. Experienced in healthcare/Institution Building Facility would be an added advantage.
6. Seeking for a Team leader and good decision maker

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for surveying works during the full phases of a construction project, ensuring
  that all measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites are accurate
• Be responsible for the setting-out structures in consultation
• Coordinate and planning daily site survey work
• Liaise with the client on matters pertaining to surveying
• Ensure that survey instruments are calibrated according to specifications
• Perform levelling and traversing to transfer TBM and reference line
• Co-ordination works with sub-contractors workers to housekeep, protection and storage of
  equipment, materials, tools and etc.
• Prepare the setting out drawing for construction purpose
• Lead the Surveying team/engineers
• Liaise with engineer/sub con on survey technical issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
