Senior QS: MNC, 5 days week in Town / EAST Area, Permanent

Client: MNC in Mega building & LTA/MRT Projects
Location: Central, East Area
Salary: 5 – $6.5K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++.

Requirements: “Open to Singaporeans / SPR Permanent Residents Only.”

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in QS or Engineering.
2. Min 5-10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil / Building projects
3. 5 years of Singapore QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
4. Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
5. Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.

 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
