Location: Central area, Novena

Working Hrs: 5 days With 1 Full Saturday per Month 8am – 6pm

Salary: $5000 – $6500 Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management
• Minimum 7 years in Civil and/or LTA projects experience will be an advantage
• Must have experience in underground MRT project

Responsibilities:

• Perform Quantity take-off
• Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
