QS / Civil Engineer/ Oil & Gas: PERM 5 days West Area – STRICTLY NO Work Pass Holders

• Client:   A1 Main Contractor.
• Location: West Area, with Transport pick up from Jurong East / Joo Koon MRT
• Working Hrs: Mon – Friday, 5 days work week, 44 hrs.
• Salary: $5.5 -7.5K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 14 days annual leave.

IMPORTANT NOTE: *Only Those Who DO NOT Require ANY Work Pass, Non-Negotiable.

** Must Have Min 5- 15 years of Singapore Civil construction Experience. **

Requirements:

• Good Spoken / written English, communication & interpersonal skills
• Must have a minimum of 5 – 15 years of Singapore Civil Project working experience
• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management,
• 3 years of relevant experience preferably experience in Oil & GAS, Civil projects
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, English Speaking.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, etc

Responsibilities:  REMARKS: The Employers Will NOT Sponsor ANY Work Pass.

• Preparation of RFQs
• Manage Contracts administration
• Maintenance of project documentation
• Source for quotation for materials and services
• Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Preparation of subcontractor’s/ supplier’s procurement, agreements, and payments
• Analysis and Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimations, and measurement of quantities
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
• Prepare settlement for final account
