Site Engineers, 5 days a week /PERM @ West Area

• Permanent Position for Marine/ Water / Shipyard/ O/G industry.
• Working hours: Mon – Thurs: 8 am – 6 pm, Fridays: 8 am – 5 pm/ 5 days a week
• Location:  Singapore onshore/ West Area.
• **Site transport pickup from Joo Koon MRT

Requirement:

1. Open to Singaporeans and Spore Permanent Residents as Employers Strictly NO Quota, Non-Negotiable.
2. Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
3. You must have at least 4 – 10 years of work experience in Singapore Construction projects.
4. Engineers from Marine/ O&G, Marine, and water treatment plants added advantage
5. Familiar with Singapore Construction Site work requirements and environment.
6. Must be a good English communicator in both Spoken & Written English.
7. Knowledge of MS Office, and MS Project, added advantage with Autocad, Revit
8. You must be willing to work in the West Area.

Job Responsibilities:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Open to Singaporeans and Spore Permanent residents Only, as Employers Strictly NO Quota, Non-Negotiable.

• To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.
• Able to Prepare method statements, design plans, and specifications.
• Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters.
• Develop projected milestones and operational plans for different phases of the project including scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing of the work of others.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Ensure the project meets the dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of the client’s requirements. Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.
• Other job duties as assigned.
